JayaTempo reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and to update or change information at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in the currency specified on the site and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from JayaTempo. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where we will cover the return shipping.
